Shipping
Our products range from available-instock to made to order. We sometimes have pre-orders available for products awaiting to become in-stock. In stock items can expect to be delivered domestically within 2-4 working days. Our product page will clearly describe the items’ availability.
Pre-orders will be given an estimated arrival date for coming back into stock, if this changes, customers will be notified. Pre orders are required to settle upfront payment before delivery.
We use a range of different couriers, once collected we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and times. A tracking number will be given on request.
We will require your email address and mobile phone number to alert you of shipping notifications as we don’t want you to be out and miss the delivery. PODS doesn’t like being left in a box on your doorstep ;(
We will not use your details for any other purpose.
Refund and returns policy
UK Domestic:
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
If returning due to any other reason than faulty goods then the buyer will be responsible for carriage fees back to PODS Products.
Refunds will be made to the card or account the product was purchased with, within 48 hours of refund approval and assessment of returned product.
International:
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Buyer must pay for return shipping and outbound shipping will not be refunded. We will assess the product to ensure it is in the same condition as shipped out, any damages or cleaning will be deducted from the purchase fee.
