Refund policy

UK Domestic:

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If we assess the structure and it has been clearly used for a short while for the purpose of an event or social media activity then we refuse the right to refund.

In addition, if returning due to any other reason than faulty goods then the buyer will be responsible for carriage fees back to PODS Products.

Refunds will be made to the card or account the product was purchased with, within 48 hours of refund approval and assessment of the returned product.



International:

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

Buyer must pay for return shipping and outbound shipping will not be refunded. We will assess the product to ensure it is in the same condition as shipped out, any damages or cleaning will be deducted from the purchase fee.

PODS can be purchased through our secure payment portal, via a credit or debit card. 


Purchasing Commercial International and Domestic.

If you’re buying on behalf of procurement from a business, charity or educational outfit we can issue a Pro Forma Invoice. Even if goods are in stock, PODS can only be shipped out if funds have cleared.
